Hello and welcome. I’m Julie A Davis — a Hampshire-based newborn and maternity photographer with 17 years of specialist experience. I help busy, accomplished mums-to-be and new parents capture calm, timeless heirloom portraits during pregnancy and in your baby’s first weeks.
As a qualified nursery and maternity nurse, infant feeding and sleep specialist, I bring more than photography skills — I bring deep understanding, safety and reassurance to every session.
My studio is in SO40, Totton, serving Winchester, Southampton, Salisbury, the New Forest, Dorset and wider Hampshire.
I recommend booking while you’re pregnant (ideally 20–32 weeks) so you secure your newborn session well ahead of time.
My work has been featured in NHS maternity wards for over a decade, and I am fully insured and trained in newborn safety.
With extensive experience photographing hundreds of newborn babies, including many sets of twins, triplets, and a set of rare quadruplets! You have come to the right place.

We had the pleasure of coming across Julie’s photos in Winchester hospital and from first sight we knew that we had to reach out to see whether she could photograph our little one, and we must admit we are so happy we did.
