I advise that you book your newborn photoshoot with me as soon as possible. I work a four-day work week and only take on a limited number of shoots each month. I do this so you have a fantastic session and customer service experience from start to finish.
I also offer natural, lifestyle shoots within your home but these sessions hold a higher minimum order.
If you have already had your baby, please get in touch, as I always try to make space for you and your family.
I understand and appreciate the reasons why you wait until your baby has arrived.
If you work within the NHS, you will receive 50% off the regular shoot fee. Please let me know if you are employed by the NHS when you first contact me.

You can not schedule your newborn shoot too early. We can book a tentative date in the diary and then work on the specifics after your baby has arrived. My newborn shoots always start late morning and are unhurried, totally private and relaxed allowing time for you and your baby’s needs. I offer natural and posed photoshoots. So the choice is yours.

Julie did a newborn photoshoot for us, and she was simply fantastic.

Julie always makes you feel relaxed and comfortable, and it shows as the images are always so amazing. The children love it too, and we are always so excited to see the results. We have just booked another shoot.

Julie did an absolutely fantastic job of our newborn photo shoot. I was really apprehensive about how we would get our toddler to comply for the shots but Julie was brilliant, so welcoming, that I felt at ease quickly.
Julie got some amazing shots of the 4 of us and ones of the 2 girls together as well as the little one on her own.
When we went to view the photos I found it very emotional as they were so beautifully captured. We joned her Baby Club too.
Such a wonderful set of memories for us to treasure.

Your pre-consultation will be sent over by email to fill out and your session fee paid.
All photoshoot preparation guides will be sent by email.
Come to your photo shoot and have a wonderful, relaxed experience. As I take care of everything which we planned.
Return to view your beautiful gallery of images and place your order. Online viewing appointments are available too. Payment will be due at this appointment, and your order will be processed.

NATURAL
LIFESTYLE NEWBORN
Shoot fee £69
Up to 90-minute session in studio or your home.
Baby does not need to sleep.
Suitable for parents, siblings, twins and family shots. (Dogs’ prior arrangement).
*Minimum order of £399 studio.
*Minimum order of £599 for home session. Plus milage.
BABY CLUB
Two Shoots. One-off £99 shoot fee.
Choice of 2 shoots either,
Pregnancy & Newborn
OR
Newborn & One Year.
Complimentary gift from the second shoot.

Frequently Asked Questions
When is the best time to book a newborn shoot?
The perfect time to book in with me is when you are around 20 weeks pregnant. But I do understand if you wish to wait until you have delivered your baby.
The ideal time for a newborn shoot is when the baby is between 3 days old (if bottle-fed) and around 2-4 weeks old (if breast-fed).
Although with my experience, many babies can still be posed up until six weeks of age (or much older if premature).
During the very early days and weeks, I can capture those cute, curled-up, sleepy poses. Awake shots can also be captured.
If your baby is older than 6 weeks, I offer natural lifestyle sessions either in the studio or out on location.
What if my baby is older than 6 weeks?
Do still contact me if your baby is already older than 6 weeks. As I also photograph older babies too. I have accomplished many of the same cute images of babies up to the age range 6 to 12 weeks old.
What if my baby is premature?
Premature multiple babies can be up to 12 weeks old if they have been in hospital care up until this point. Contact me to discuss your needs, as I have ample experience with premature babies.
