FOREST PHOTOSHOOT SOUTHAMPTON
Family forest photoshoots can be held in and around the New Forest area or a location of your choice.
A great time to update your family portraits is in Autumn where the beautiful Autumnal colours appear. These colours make a fantastic backdrop for your family photographs.
Your dog is very welcome to be included in any of your family portraits. I understand that they are very much part of your family. So do let me know if you wold like them included in your portraits.

We have had several photoshoots with Julie over the years. Firstly she photographed our three children as newborns and we have been going back to her for many years ever since!
We joined her Baby Club and Family Club memberships which we used for other shoots in the forest and at the beach.
We always love our photoshoots with her and our family adore the images that we display around our home.
We first came across julie’s work in the hospital where our baby girl was born. We just had to book a newborn photoshoot with her as we loved her photos which we on the wall.
After the newborn shoot we knew we wanted more photographs of our daughter growing up, so we joined her Baby Club.
We returned to have a family forest shoot in the bluebell woods and had such great fun. We would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to have a not only a great experience but to have images to cherish for a lifetime.
We have had many photoshoots with Julie. She has photographed our children as newborns, all of us at the beach when the girls have been older and in the New Forest.
Her photoshoots are well prepared, great fun, relaxed and she always captures our children’s characters.
We joined her Baby and Family Club to always make sure we update our growing family each year.

How it works:
An initial telephone and online pre consultation will be conducted.
Your family portrait shoot will be scheduled (weather permitting).
Posed and natural images will be taken.
In person viewings in my Southampton studio. If you live a distance away I can offer a live online ordering appointment via Face Time.
Mileage may be added depending on the location if outside of the New Forest area.

1 hour shoot fee £59
Your forest photoshoot can be held in and around locations throughout Hampshire, Dorset and Cornwall.
Images available in colour and black and white.
Please note minimum order placement.
FAMILY CLUB
£59
2 shoot fees for £59
Two shoots within a two year period with a complimentary gift at the end.
Please note minimum order placement from each photoshoot.
Frequently Asked Questions
When is the best time to book a forest photoshoot?
I ideally shoot in the New Forest around Autumn time as we can capture all of those beautiful Autuminal colours.
You can of course have your forest photoshoot anytime of year weather permitting. I can advise you of the best time etc.
What time will my forest photoshoot be?
Your forest photoshoot can be held anytime of the day and early evening up until 9 pm.
Timimg does depend on the time of year though due to the clocks going forward and backwards. We can discuss the ideal time for you and tyour family. Esacially if you have younger children under the age of six.
I'm concerned that my child/children won't pose for the photoshoot ?
Please don’t worry about how your children will behave throughout the photoshoot. All I ask is that you don’t have them practice their smiles before you come. There really is no need for this as I capture them naturally anyway.
I use to be a nursery school teacher and have lots of childcare qualifications and experience with all aged children. With my in depth knowledge of child development, I know plenty of fun tricks to keep your child/children entertained throughout the photoshoot. Just leave it to me 🙂
